Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund. However, after 30 days, we do not offer any refunds. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags.   

To start a return, please contact us at support@kidsislandclothing.com explaining why you want to return the item, you must include pictures and/or video of the item. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how to proceed with the return and the refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or a mistake was made with your shipment.
